Can I choose a specific writer for my order?
Absolutely! Once you complete the order form, you’ll see proposals from multiple writers. To decide which of them to choose, you can review the candidates’ profiles for information about their background, order statistics, and feedback from previous customers.
Also, you can message the writers interested in your order to ask them about their qualifications, experience with your paper type, or their suggested approach to your topic.
Finally, you can browse the entire writer pool and check the profiles of the writers who catch your eye. However, please keep in mind that some of them might not be available at the moment. If your order is urgent, it’s better to choose one of the writers who applied for your order.
Can I stay in touch with the writer while they’re working on my order?
Yes, we have a direct writer-customer chat, where you can talk to your writer throughout the writing process. It’s a great way to clarify something you forgot to mention in the instructions, share your ideas for the paper, or ask about the progress. Our writers always try to respond to customers’ messages as quickly as possible.
What information and materials should I provide to my writer?
In the order form, you’ll see which key details to share: your academic level, paper type, deadline, citation style, topic, etc. Additionally, we encourage you to paste or upload detailed instructions, the sources you’d like the writer to use, and any other materials that you think might help the writer complete your order well.

When filling out the form, you won’t have to guess what information to include. You’ll see hints that will guide you through the entire process: selecting the paper type, setting the deadline, sharing your instructions, and so on.
Once you complete the form, you’ll see proposals from our writers. Choose the one you feel you can trust and make a deposit to confirm your order.
After I secure my order, what’s the writing process like?
Once you select an expert and make a deposit, your writer will start working on your order. Here’s how it goes:
- Your writer will carefully examine your instructions and additional materials to make sure that they have all the necessary information. If something is missing or unclear, they’ll message you for clarification.
- Next, the expert will search trusted academic databases and, if needed, online platforms to find up-to-date, credible sources of evidence for your work. Unless otherwise specified in the order requirements, they’ll always prioritize peer-reviewed sources.
- The writer will write, edit, and proofread your paper. Then, they’ll triple-check all in-text citations, references, and formatting elements before delivering the order to you.
- Once you’re notified that the order is ready, please review and approve it to release funds, or request a revision if necessary.
Can your writers help me with an urgent order?
Sure! Our deadlines start at only 3 hours. Even if you forget about an assignment until the last minute, we’ll do our best to help you.
However, please consider the word count and complexity of your order: if you need a 7-page report with 10+ sources, it may be difficult to find an expert willing to complete it in 3 hours.
Also, we encourage you to place orders in advance because it’s a great way for you to save money. Urgent orders are more challenging for our writers, so they cost more.
How can I be sure that my paper is original?
High originality is one of our absolute non-negotiables, and all our writers respect this rule. Every paper we deliver is at least 96% original and fully human-written, with no AI-generated content. We allow for up to 4% non-original content in the form of in-text citations, references, quotes, and topic-specific terminology.
If you’d like to receive proof of originality and no generative AI use, you can request a free plagiarism and AI report when filling out the order form (or, if you forget, you can message your writer later to ask for it). We’ll deliver the report along with your order once it’s completed.
How do I know that your service isn’t a scam?

What if I’m not fully satisfied with the work I receive?
If the paper you receive doesn’t fully meet your requirements, you are entitled to free revisions. You can request edits within 14 days after completion for orders up to 10 pages and within 30 days for longer orders. This is very unlikely to happen, but if you’re still unhappy with the result even after revisions, you can also request a refund under our Refund policy.
